1. Who we are

OmniSound Hub AI KROSS ("OmniSound") is offered by Stefan Andrei Closca, Calle Cefeo 16, 28938 Móstoles (Madrid), Spain, tax ID ESY0716870C, support@omnisoundai.com. These terms apply to the website omnisoundai.com, the purchase of licences and the use of the OmniSound apps for LG TV, Windows and Android.

2. The software

OmniSound is a player and hub for music you already have access to: your own files, music servers you run, internet radio, podcasts and free music. OmniSound does not sell, include or provide music, and it is not a streaming service. You are responsible for having the right to play the content you add.

3. Trial and licence

  • Every device gets a free 7-day trial with all features. After the trial, internet radio and podcasts stay free; the library, AI features, synced lyrics and music videos need a licence.
  • One licence covers one household: 1 TV + 1 Windows PC + 1 Android device. It is personal and may not be shared with other households, resold or published.
  • Yearly licences are valid for 12 months from purchase and do not renew automatically. Lifetime licences are valid for as long as OmniSound is offered, including future updates of the apps.
  • You can move a licence to a new device of the same kind; up to 3 moves per licence in 12 months are included. More moves can be requested from support.
  • The apps check the licence from time to time; they keep working offline for up to 30 days between checks.
  • We may block a licence that is shared publicly, obtained fraudulently or refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. The licence key is shown before checkout and sent by email after payment.

5. AI and third-party services

AI features use the AI provider you choose, with your own key, under that provider's terms (some providers offer free keys with usage limits). AI answers - playlists, translations, facts - are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Lyrics, covers, artist information, radio stations, podcasts and videos come from third-party services that we do not control; their availability can change.

6. Compatibility

OmniSound works with LG TVs with webOS 4 or newer, Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) and Android 8 or newer, and with speakers over Bluetooth, Sonos, DLNA / UPnP and the PC's own outputs. Speakers that only support AirPlay or Chromecast are not supported yet. Please use the 7-day trial to check that OmniSound works with your devices before buying. Brand names belong to their owners; OmniSound is independent and not affiliated with them.

7. Updates

We improve the apps over time. Features may change; we will not remove the core features you paid for (playing your library on your speakers in sync) during the licence period.

8. Liability

The apps are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data on your own devices or interruptions of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may use the courts of your place of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
